If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Casa Bonita Lifestyle is more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

 

What items are NOT returnable?

  • Free gifts or SALE ITEMS are not returnable
  • For hygiene reasons; earrings, swimwear, compression garments and intimate wear cannot be returned.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • A return satchel is required to be provided by customers wishing to exchange their items.
  • We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).

 

 Faulty items
