Refund & Exchange Merchandise Form

FaceOff Corner Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your FaceOff Corner acquisition.

All product goes through inspection before being shipped to you however, we understand that sometimes, product can get damaged during its transit to you.  This is why you may return most merchandise for a full refund if your product was damaged during the shipping transit, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days.  We do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error or your product was damaged on its way to you.

You may exchange an item up to 30 days after the purchase date, and for all exchange, you are responsible for shipping charges (unless we made an error or product was defective or damaged at arrival), we will cover for the shipping of the product you'd like to exchange back to you.

For all refund & exchange you need to fill out all fields of the below form (to access the form click on the bottom left corner of this page) and we will generate a confirmation number that we will send to you by email along with full instructions on how to process this transaction.  Allow 2 to 3 business days to receive your confirmation number and instructions.  Note that we will not process any exchange or refund without a confirmation number. We do not process returns and exchanges Between December 22nd to January 8th.

Disclaimers:

1. If you return an order that was shipped to you free of charge because of a promotion, you will be charged the shipping fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

2. If you receive a promotional free with purchase item, and then return the order below the purchase limit and keep the free product, you will be charged for the free with purchase promotional item.

It is your responsibility to pack the return items carefully.  Include any promotional free with purchase items.  Fill out the below form,print it, and press the submit button.  Once you receive the form back by email, along with the confirmation number and instructions, print it, and include it in the return box.  We will not process any returns if the filled form is missing.
