How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • It the return package include either your packing slip or a note with your name and order number
  • PLEASE NOTE - Refunds will only be given on items deemed unsuitable for exchange.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Items not in original new condition are NON-RETURNABLE.

Free gifts, promotional or sale items are not returnable!

 

What Products Are NOT Eligible for Return?

Products not covered under consumer guarantees include those: 

  • products that are not in 'like new' condition
  • products in which the tags hae been removed
  • products purchased on sale 
  • products acquired as a prize 
  • products acquired by a person for the purpose of on-selling or re-supplying 
  • Products acquired to be used, in trade or commerce, in the manufacture or production or repair of something else. 

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from any final refundable total.
  • Items not in original new condition are NON-RETURNABLE.

Exchanges 

You are more than welcome to exchange your item for a different size/style by doing the following 

  • Include a return addressed prepaid satchel 
  • Include a note for what product you would like to exchange for the item you have returned. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • IF a suitable exchange cannot be found, you item may be eligible for a refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
