To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return my online purchase?

  • Please read our Return/ Exchange Policy before making a request.
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Alternatively, you may email hello@klosh.com.sg indicating the reason, image of defective product and order number. We will then respond accrodingly.

 

What items are returnable?

 

Online order requirement:

Request of exchange/ return and refund are only valid within 14 days starting from the date of purchase. 

Non-returnable/exchangeable items: 

Gift cards

Health and personal care items

Drinkware and dining ware

 

Your item must beunused and in the same condition that you received it.

Promotional items are not returnable!

 

How do I exchange/return In-store purchase?

You can exchange/return your items within 7 days of purchase and can only be done in-store. 

  • Ensure you are in possession of the original receipt.
  • Approach staff in store for assistance.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no addtional charges for returns at retail store upon approval and confirmation email sent on the return of the orders.
  • Shipping fee of the return items will not be covered by seller. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

What should I do if I wish to exchange my online purchase?

  • Please email hello@klosh.com.sg to arrange for exchange. In the email please include the order number, photo of the product and issue.
  • You will receive an email on the procedure to complete the exchange.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
