The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.


To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How Do I Return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above. (You can find this info on the packing slip sent with your order and your order confirmation email)

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange

• You will get an email with your shipping label within a few minutes. Follow instructions in this email to find your nearest Collect+ drop-off point

• Please do not process the return label until you are ready to return the item. Whilst you have 365 days to send unwanted items back, the retrun label expires after one month of generating it. It is not possible to re-generate a label if this occurs and you will have to organise your own return delivery. 



Which Items Are Returnable?

 

• You can return your items within 365 days of receipt of your shipment.

• Items must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging

• Skates mustn't have been rolled on outdoors (carpet only please)

• Return parcels can be up to 10kg (that's about 2x pairs of skates)

Return Costs


• Exchanges are FREE (you will not be charged for the Collect+ return label)

• If you are making a return for a refund then the Collect+ return label provided is charged at £6.95 for skates and £3.95 for smaller items. This will be deducted from your final refund amount

• You are welcome to send items back using alternative methods. As a guide; Royal Mail Recorded Delivery costs around £11-£13 for skates and £4-£5 for smaller items 

 

Turnaround Times

• We process and inspect all exchanges and refunds every Tuesday and Thursday morning. Yours will be processed within whichever window arrives first. 

• In the case of a refund; please allow another 3 business days for your bank to show funds on your statement
