What items are returnable?

Bags & Backpacks are returnable within 30 days of your order being shipped; that means the day your bag is shipped that is the 1st day of your order. Please contact us with any questions.  Final Sale Items are non-returnable

 

Cannulas/tubing/pulse oximeters are final sale. If there are issues, please contact us, we will make sure we help!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return except if you receive free shipping promotion on our website, we will deduct this cost from your refund.
  • This means, if your order says, free shipping, we still have to incur the costs of shipping to you. FED EX is $9.30-$13.30, USPS is $8.00-15.00
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable-Original shipping charges will be deducted from your original payment method. We do not charge a re-stocking fee
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?
