To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • *YOUR ORDER NUMBER CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND IS OF THE FORM LIKE: UK1234
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be unworn and in original, new condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Prescription eyewear is non-refundable, unless faulty

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns on all orders and we will also pay for your shipping label if the item as shipped to the UK and was not in the sale.*
  • For international returns please email info@ocoglasses.co.uk and we will provide instructions of how to return your item. We do not pay for return postage on returns for non-UK orders.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


* A sale item is a product with a "slashed" price i.e. a discounted price. The slashed price is visible on the product page of the website. 

For sale items, the customer must pay for a tracked, returns service which is insured for the value of at least £200 e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
