How do I return?

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

You can return your items within 35 days of receipt of your shipment.

Return Criteria

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 35 days of the original shipment date. We do make exceptions in certain circumstances.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original form. Please pack the shoe box with paper or poly bag we don't require additional packing. We don't mind the occasional crushed or slightly damaged box its ok as long as shoes are in good condition. Return postage is the responsibility of customer as our business model focuses around great deals and value. 

Return Details

  • Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the package. 
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Free shipping on selected items are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.

How to Make a Return

  • Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order.
  • Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s).
  • Go to SBWShoes.com and scroll down to the bottom of the website and click on {blank}. Then enter your order number and email address you used to purchase the item with. Once we have received your request for return we then will determine if you are eligible to be sent a return label. If you would like to buy your own return label.   • We advise you to not buy your return label from UPS stores or private mailing services. These companys will charge you a premium for your label we susggest to buy your return label from click and ship to save time and money.
  • Once we have received and inspected your item your refund will be issued and the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount.
