How do I request a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines if the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment for a replacement or refund. 

In order to be considered a valid request for exchange or refund, the defect must have occurred during the manufacturer's production process. You may want to take a picture of the defect. 

  • They must be in original condition
  • They cannot have been tried on, worn, snagged by sharp fingernails/jewelry or washed
  • In the original untorn packaging and shipping box

Gifts, gift cards and products purchased on sale are not returnable!

Are there any charges for a return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • There are no additional charges for returning an item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

How soon will I get my exchange or refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and let you know if we are able to replace the same item or if you will receive a refund.
  • If you are approved, then we will ship a replacement product within 14 days.
  • If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
