How does the return shipping work?

 

Enter your email address and your order number. It is important that it is the same as the one you used for the order.

 If you want to change your item, just write on the invoice that you want a "CHANGE IN XY".

Then press "Start" to start the return shipping process and follow the instructions.

 Please note that we only take returns in the period of 14 days after the items arrived.

How long will it take to get my money back?

 

Since we do refunds 1x a week, it can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days after your package arrives, depending on the timing.

Please keep in mind that we only return items that are unworn and still have the label on them.

 

Are there any return shipping fees?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Keep in mind that for your safety the package should be equipped with a tracking number, so that you can see for yourself whether the package has reached us. Therefore, keep the tracking number in any case, so that you can follow every step. We are not responsible for lost returns without a tracking number.
