I am unhappy with one of my items.  What are my options?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for an exchange or credit note
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the request is approved


What items are returnable?

You can change your mind about your items within 21 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!  If you received a free gift with an order you are returning, the free gift must be included in the return.

What costs are involved in returning my item?

  • The customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.


How soon will my request be processed?

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your unwanted items.
  • Once inspected and approved, your credit note will be issued or your exchange will be sent out for delivery.
