How do I organise a return?

  • Please contact us by email before completing this returns process if you believe you have reason for complaint. 
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return any of your items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns received after the 30 day period may be accepted at our discretion and a credit note issued to use on our website. 

  • All returns must be in original, unused and re-saleable condition
  • All footwear items must be unmarked and unworn (scratched soles are not acceptable). Shoes must be wrapped individually in tissue or plastic and divided by the foam insert sheet. You may be held responsible for any damage occuring in transit due to shoes being poorly packaged.
  • All returns must be returned with the original packaging/ shoe box and in a secondary outer carton if appropriate.

Free gifts or promotional items must be returned along with the order to qualify for a full refund. Please note, if you keep the free gifts, the cost of these will be deducted from your refund!

 

Are there any charges for a return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping unless the item is...
    • Faulty or damaged on arrival (this should be notified by email).
    • Full priced footwear over £100 (which qualify for free UK returns)

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
