Can I exchange to a new size?

Yes, select exchange and in the notes section write the size you wish to exchange to.
  • If you are unable to completely attach the current size bracelet to your wrist, we recommend going up two sizes.
  • If you are able to attach the current size bracelet to your wrist but it is too tight and uncomfortable, we recommend going up one size only.
  • Each bracelet size goes up/down by 0.5-inch increments

Are there any charges for returns?

  • We offer FREE return shipping label for domestic orders
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued for the total amount (excluding any shipping charges)

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping fees
  • Original shipping methods are non-refundable

 

What happens after I submit a return or exchange?

  • You will receive an email letting you know your return is being reviewed.
  • Once your return has been approved, you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and prepaid shipping label when applicable. 
  • If you haven't received an email, check your spam folder

Can What items are eligible for return?

  • All our merchandise are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

  • They must be in original condition & undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items are non refundable! 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been processed.
  • After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your bank.
