 Free Yodel Returns Service for ALL UK Returns & Exchanges 


You must request a returns label within 20 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 8 days to drop the parcel off at a registered store.

Please note - the label/barcode will be emailed to you shortly after submitting your request. Please check it has not gone into your spam/junk folder.

In the unlikely event there is an issue with the product, please contact as the first point of contact before returning.


HOW TO USE THE LABEL - Please do not use the label on more than one parcel. If you need to return another parcel you must request a new label for that parcel. 

BARCODE - If you do not have a printer, don't worry, a barcode is also sent to you in the email so you can show this to the shopkeeper and they will print off a label.  

EXCHANGES - If you are returning your item for exchange, please let us know which style, size and colour you require in the notes section.  If you require your exchange pair quickly, we'd recommend requesting a refund for your original pair as returns can take up to 10 working days to process from receipt of the shoes at the warehouse.  


PLEASE NOTE: We aim to process all returns and exchanges up to 10 working days from receipt of your shoes however please note this may take a little longer during peak periods.


You will be able to track your return from the tracking number on the email you are sent.  Please only contact us after 10 working days from when the warehouse receives your parcel if you still haven't received a refund.

Please remember to enclose the receipt card back in the shoebox so the returns team know who the parcel is from.  We highly recommend using a tracked service, and please keep your receipt safe.
