Although we hope you love all your items from us, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

FULL PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE UP TO 10%: Refund and store credit available.

 

SALE / DISCOUNT (any item purchased on sale or bought with a discount code over 10%) : Store credit only. Discount or sale prices greater than 10% are not eligible for a refund.

 

EXCHANGE: We issue store credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not cover the cost of return postage, taxes or insurance. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Items must be returned in original packaging
  4. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied using your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
