How do I start a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What is your Return Policy?

  • NO returns/exchanges for FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, CUSTOM, ACCESSORIES or FREE items
  • 10 days for full refund (less original shipping charge)
  • 14 days for store credit
  • After 14 days, no returns will be allowed
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • One (1) exchange permitted on each order. After the first exchange, customer must pay shipping charge for exchanges.
  • Return & Exchange shipping is NOT covered for international customers. Shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the international customer.
  • If you received free shipping on your original order, returns will be charged a $5 shipping fee for the original shipping charges. 

All items will be thoroughly inspected upon return. Items must be returned with original tags attached. Please include all of the item's set accessories (i.e. headbands, sash, etc.) or we cannot issue the refund. We regret we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange. We cannot accept stand alone accessories purchased (for example: ANY headbands, headpieces, purses, sashes), other than unworn shoes/sandals, for return or exchange. All final sale items are final sales, no exchange or refunds.Custom made items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. You cannot cancel custom items once they have been made or started production. Please take care when opening your package, do not use scissors as it can cut the dress inside the package.

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Any items from our FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE section
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Washed, worn items without original tags
  • Headbands, headpieces, purses, sashes
  • Custom items and clothing

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • 10% restocking fees on all returns for refund
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • If you received free shipping on your original order, $5 charge will be deducted. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
