How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start. (Order no. will be a 4 digit number).
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

• For clothing they must be in original condition
• We are unable to exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
• Items must also be unworn, unwashed and unused with tags still attached.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• We can arrange the pickup for returns in case needed and there would be shipping charges for the same which would be adjusted to the exchanged product price / store credit amount. 

• Please note that it shall take 8-10 days for items to be returned back to us. This guidelines are as per our courier partners.

• There wont be any charges incase if it has been self-shipped to our return address.

How soon will I get my credit ?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

• If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your store account, within 24 hours.
