How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of the shipment date.

  • They must be in original condition
  • In original packaging, with all accessories and paperwork included in the original shipment, such as owner's manual(s) and warranty card
  • Items must be free from signs of use or wear, and both warranty card and manual(s) must not have any writing in them.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable. If you are quoted free shipping and return the item, you will be required to cover the actual shipping costs incurred by your order
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges and to fully insure the unit(s) you are returning
  • Obvious signs of use that reduce the value of a returned unit will be subject to additional charges based on how much we need to mark down the unit to make it sellable. 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed the following business day, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Payments made by check will be refunded with a check, after sufficient time has passed for your original check to completely clear through the banking system.
