How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Clothing must be in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • With all tags attached
  • Sales are FINAL on accessories, shoes, intimates and sale items (including promotional items and orders with applied discount codes). The above are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If your return is ineligible and does not meet criteria for a full credit, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The 20% will be deducted from the original payment. You will receive a store credit for the remaining amount within 72 hours of receiving your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Your return will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to the contact information associated with your order via e-mail or text message.
