To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.


We accept returns. However we do not accept returns for refuds. We allow returns for store credit to be used on future purchases. 

All items must be returned within 10 days from the date the order was fulfilled and shipped out.

Please note that customer is responsible for all shipping fees including the cost to ship the returned item(s). 


Clothing and gear must be in perfect condition in order to receive store credit. Must still be in original packaging with tag still intact. No wear and tear accepted!

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note, if you receive the wrong item or faulty product we will cover the retur cost. 

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued to you.

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn with tags still intact
  • In the original packaging

-Items with scents, deodorant & signs of wear

-Shipping fees

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your BodiedbyK store credit which can be used towards future purchases.
