How do I make a return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items can be returned?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in new original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returns are for Exchange or Store Credit Only
What items cannot be returned?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Clearance and Sale items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned
- Items that have been used, worn, cannot be resold, or have had the tags removed
- Swimsuits, Undergarments, Special Orders, Hair Accessories, Hats, Bodysuits, Earrings
- Items you received over 14 days ago
- Refunds will NOT be issued for orders where the customer input the incorrect shipping address
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How will I receive my refund?
- Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card send via email. We cannot issue refunds
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse
