To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I make a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items can be returned?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in new original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returns are for Exchange or Store Credit Only 

 

What items cannot be returned?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Clearance and Sale items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned
  • Items that have been used, worn, cannot be resold, or have had the tags removed
  • Swimsuits, Undergarments, Special Orders, Hair Accessories, Hats, Bodysuits, Earrings
  • Items you received over 14 days ago
  • Refunds will NOT be issued for orders where the customer input the incorrect shipping address

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How will I receive my refund?

  • Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card send via email.  We cannot issue refunds
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse
