To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

We must have your returned items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. 

International orders must return items within 21 days of receiving shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Hygeine sticker still attached 

Final Sale items are not returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I receive my credit note?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note request.
  • If you are approved, then your credit note will be processed. Credit notes take 1-2 business days from receiving the item/s to register and email out. We only offer credit notes not exchanges. We will email you with a credit note code and you will need to check out through the website again. These are valid for 3 years.
  • Refunds will only be given on approved faulty items where we cannot replace or fix it. This process can take up to 10 business days.
