The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.


To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. 

What items are returnable?

You have 14 days, from the date you received your order, to return your purchase. Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that they were received in. Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original packaging is present and intact. For footwear, please place the shoebox inside protective packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are in charge of organising the shipment back to us.
  • Once you have filled out your return request, please use the return label in the shipping box.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to original method of payment, within 5 working days. Exchanges are shipped out within the usual delivery timeframes.
