To start the returning process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
We allow you to send the items back whichever way is convenient for you! You'll want to choose a method that can get the items back to us by the date stamped on the packing slip, but this can typically be done without the extra cost of expediting. We recommend having the package tracked and insured for your peace of mind, but this is completely up to you. Please Note: Return and Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made on our part
Everything is returnable and exchangeable (excluding personalized items) within 30 business days from the day the order ships. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged to be accepted back. There will be a date stamped on your packing slip to let you know when the items need to be back to us. Anyone from our great Customer Service team will be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have. *Please note that characteristics in the silk or differing embroidery on items are not considered flaws. Our embroidery pattens are all-over designs and depending on how the item is cut for production the embroidery can vary, making every item unique! If you want to exchange them we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange and exchange shipping will be charged.
To make an exchange order simply place a whole new order for any new items or sizes that you require, and then follow the return instructions for the original items you are returning. We know receiving your items can be a time sensitive matter, so this is the fastest and easiest way to get your new items to you promptly! Please note that exchange shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer unless there was a mistake on the order.
Once we receive your returned items back, we will check them over and process them into our return system. We will then issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order, excluding any applicable shipping charges, within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once this goes through. Please keep in mind it can take an additional 3-5 business days after the refund is processed to post to your card's account, depending on how quickly your bank processes transactions.
Also please be advised that if you used our Free Shipping promotion on your order and then returned items so that the total of items kept on that order falls below $150 USD, then $8 USD will be withheld from your refund to cover the original domestic shipping charges. If you placed an exchange order and paid for the exchange shipping costs, this will not be deducted from your original order refund.
