1 - How do I return?

In the UK

We provide free returns with CollectPlus. It’s a convenient, trusted way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres. There are over 7,500 stores in the UK, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.

Outside the UK

Outside of the UK, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please contact us via email at providing your name, email address with which you placed the order and your order number and we will provide return instructions.

UK Returns Process:

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


2 - What items are returnable?

We offer an exchange and refund service subject to conditions. If you're in the UK and not entirely happy with your item(s), you can return them free of charge for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Outside of the UK, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Conditions of return:

1. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition, and you must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase.

2. Shoes that are returned with creased or scuffed leather or any marking to the soles from being tried on will not be eligible for refund.

3. We use fine calfskin and detailed soles which must be tried on with care.

4. The accompanying shoe bag, shoe horn and shoe box are all considered part of the product and must all be returned unmarked.

Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in the UK.


3 - Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Returns shipping is free within the UK. Outside of the UK, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping


4 - How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
