To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Coco & Wolf. If, however, for any reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

      

What items are returnable?

  • They must be in original conditionn with tags still attached

  • They must be unwashed, unworn & unused

  • In the original packaging

Personalised, bespoke, sale or discounted items are final and are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Yes - you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

  • UK customers can generate a retuns label for £3.99. Creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct £3.99 for your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


    We strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, with a proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

 

Please note that Coco & Wolf do not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
