To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date, and must match all of the following criteria below to be accepted:

  • In unused and resell-able condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Used physical goods
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Digital Downloads (designs, templates, etc...)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to the original payment method

How do I ship back the items?

My return request has been accepted, now what??

Once your request has been approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of approval. If your item is returned to us AFTER the 14 days of receiving the approval, your return/package will be rejected and sent back to the buyer.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

 

An item is missing from my order...
