How do I return?

returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a DIOR BELLA E-Gift Card. DIOR BELLA does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

If you purchased an item for a special event, please make note of order processing and shipping time.  We make no guarantee that you will receive item in time for your event. DIOR BELLA recommends that you purchase items for special events in advance.

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • If you don't absolutely love your new purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days in the original country and division of purchase. All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached (including the return tag on dresses, rompers and jumpsuits) and accompanied by your receipt. 
  • Merchandise for return must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • DIOR BELLA does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to returnitems.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Dior Bella  hang tags, manufacturers/designer tags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"  cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.




Are there any charges for return?

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a DIOR BELLA E-Gift Card.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable! All returns over $100.00 You will be charged a 12% restocking fee and for oraginal shipping fee.


How soon will I get my refund to STORE CREDIT?

  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  •  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Helpful Hint: We suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping via or by clicking here). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

DIOR BELLA does reserve the right to deny any return or refund request, but that’s just some legal lingo we need to add here just in case. Please, if there’s anything wrong with your order, give us a chance to make things right!
