To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number (4-digit number) and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- *IMPORTANT* Email the Shipping Courier (ie. USPS, UPS) and Tracking Number to hello@embebabies.com. You must do this to process your return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
- Only embé® swaddles qualify for our 30-day, try it guarantee.
- With our 30 day no-hassle, money back SWADDLE guarantee, if you don't love our swaddles or find a problem with them, you can return them new or used within 30 days of your order / purchase date. Original packaging not required for return.
- All other (non-swaddling) products are returnable within 30-days and must be returned unopened and unused.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no processing charges for return
- However, you are responsible for the return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 15 working days.
