How do I return?

• Enter your order number (please ensure you include the # at the front) and email address or mobile phone number, whichever was used for original order, in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition and returned in supplied garment bag.
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn and free of pet hair
• Tags attached 

We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty.

We will offer you a store credit or an exchange, this will be valid for 12 months.

Are there any charges for return?

• Embody Women keeps $7.95 from all refunds.
• Need an exchange? we wont charge you if you need a different size or item sent as an exchange, we offer 1 free exchange per order.
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
• Please ensure the name used for your order is included in full on the back of the bag, along with your order number (not the return request number please)

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 5 working days.
