How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • Buy 3 get 4th item free can can be ONLY exchange within 30 days from purchase. No return will be accepted.

Promotional items are not returnable!

 

What if you sent me a wrong hat?

We are very careful when shipping our caps, but because sometimes mistakes can happen, we want to make sure that you are fully covered. Contact us to mail@exclusivefitted.com with the pictures of the wrong item sent, just to correct the mistakes and improve in the future. We will send you a shipping label for the return and proceed at your request. We can either send the right hat or issue a refund upon delivery.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Charges may/may not be applicable for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

Who pays for the return shipping label?

Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders shipped for free that are returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund (between $8 to $10 Continental U.S.)

 

How can I get a return label from you?

If your purchase meets the return requirements you can contact us at mail@exclusivefitted.com and let us know that you wish to make a return and need a label. We will send you the label and deducted it from the final refund. The average return label cost for the continental U.S. is $8-$10.
