To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • We offer free size exchange on all orders, we arrange the reverse pickup for your order once your return request is received and approved.
  • Original shipping charges (if applied) are non-refundable. 

 

How soon will I get my store credit/exchange product?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the credit of your store credits which can be used for any future purchases with us. Store credits have no expiry date. 
  • In case of exchange, we will arrange the reverse pickup and once the returned product is delivered to our warehouse, we will ship out the requested size. 
  • We strictly do not do Refunds in Bank Account and only offer Exchanges.
