·         Original shipping charges is non-refundable

·         We will provide prepaid return label 

Why refund will not be approved?

·         Items was shipped without original shoe box 

·         Product been worn, Damaged

·         Shoe box was used as a shipping box (Must insert shoes into “Original shoe box” and insert into a shipping box or Bubble bag 

·         Product that was returned, do not belong to us , (you shipped us by mistake a return from another seller) *we have special none visible marking on all our products) 

·         Item arrived at our location beyond the return allowed date. 

 

How do I return?

·         Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return

·         Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return

·         You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund?

·         Once your return is received and inspected, and the order was returned according to our return policy 

·         then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 6 business days.
