How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
• Please note that Final Sale Purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.  Once you have completed the above form and got the green light to send your purchase back. The only case for rejected returns will be final sale purchases, which are final as you can imagine due to the great bargain you will have got, and not eligable for anything further. 

Please note :  

• All returns must be in brand new unworn condition.  
• In the original packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no processing charges for returns.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns shipping is covered by the customer.  Please note that Federation does not take any responsiblity for items lost in transit to us.  We recommend using a tracked method of delivery and keeping the tracking number.  

How soon will my return be processed ?

• Please allow 7 days for us complete your return from the arrival to us.  
• Please note we only offer refunds if the item is faulty, with the first option to be substainable and ideally repair.  Otherwise we will replace or refund if unavailable.  
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will communicate with you if you would like to exchange your item or would like an online or instore credit.  A credit will be valid for 12 months.
