How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You must return your items within 14 days of the order being delivered (including bank holidays and weekends).

• They must be in original condition, unwashed and in orginial packaging
• Only items that are damaged, defective or are items you did not order is eligible for a full refund, otherwise, you will receive store credit

Free gifts, promotional items, sale items, accessories, undergarments, swimwear and bodysuits are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Forever Romance and for re-shipping the exchanged item(s). Orders that are damaged, defective, or are wrong will be eligible for a free shipping label.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• If items are returned that are not in a resellable condition, a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it was approved or rejected for a refund.
• If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment only, within 10 business days.
