How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address / or phone number (whichever you used to receive order updates) in the fields above.
  • We no longer process exchanges, if you need a different size, you must file a return then place a new order.


What items are returnable?

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. International returns have 30 days. 

  • Items must be in original condition, not altered, worn, or washed
  • All tags must still be attached
  • All products in sales section of website are final sale. (No exceptions)
  • All items in our INTIMATES section are FINAL SALE. (No exceptions)
  • All orders using discount codes over 15% off, or purchased during flash sales are returnable for store credit only. 

Are there any charges for returns?

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. 

  • For all returns on U.S. orders, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you (a $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund, if used.) You may also choose your own shipping method at your own cost. We Highly recommend choosing an option with tracking! We are not responible for any lost packages! All shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
  • International customers must choose their own return shipping. No pre-paid labels will be issued.
  • We will waive the return shipping fee (if our label is used) and you choose your refund in store credit.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your returned item. 
  • Refunds/ or store credit will be processed within 3-5 working days.
