To start your return, enter your email address or phone number (whichever you used to get your order notifications) and the order number below.

You must file a return and place a new purchase.
Returns are valid within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. International returns have 30 days from date of delivery.
ALL RETURNS ARE NOW AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT VIA AN E-GIFT CARD.
-Items must be in original condition, not altered, worn, or washed. All tags must still be attached.
-Full priced merchandise ordered without any type of discount (meaning no sale items or promo codes used) is eligible for a regular refund, you must type your request for a regular refund in the note section, and still submit the request as store credit (it's the only option to check). Once you submit the return request, we will review it, and determine if item(s) are eligible for a regular refund. If not, we will continue to process the return as store credit.
-Products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned as they are clearance items. Please ask all questions before ordering.
FREE RETURNS come automatically with all domestic orders.
-You may also choose your own shipping carrier (at your own cost) to return your items. It must include a valid tracking number.
(International) We do not offer free returns for international orders. You must provide your own return shipping. No pre-paid labels will be issued.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that your refund|credit has been issued.
-Refunds|store credit will be processed within 3-5 working days.
-store credit will be sent in the form of an e-gift card, and regular refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
