You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. International returns have 30 days from delivery.
(U.S. Only) ALL RETURNS ARE NOW AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED TO STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF AN E-GIFT CARD + FREE RETURNS.
(International only) NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURNS AT THIS TIME, ALL OTHER DETAILS REMAIN THE SAME.
Items must be in original condition, not altered, worn, or washed. All tags must still be attached.
Full priced merchandise ordered without any type of discount is still eligible for a regular refund, but you must type refund in the notes section under store credit, and still submit the request as store credit (it's the only option to check). Once you submit the return request, we will review it, and determine if item(s) are eligible for a regular refund. If not, we will continue to process the return as store credit. At this time, we cannot include free returns with merchandise processed as a regular refund.
(U.S.) FREE RETURNS come automatically with all returned orders processed as store credit.
-Orders requesting regular refunds (and approved) will be charged an $8.75 pre-paid label fee, this will be deducted from their refund amount (if used). All shipping fees are non-refundable.
-You may also choose your own shipping carrier to return your items. It must include a valid tracking number.
(International) customers must choose their own return shipping. No pre-paid labels will be issued.
