When you send the package take a picture of the receipt and we will reimburse you the cost of postage up to £3.20 – As soon as we receive the proof of postage we will send the replacement to speed the process up.
REFUNDS (POSTAGE NOT PROVIDED OR REFUNDED)
This is at your own expense and we recommend myhermes tracked. It is the cheapest method. Allow up to 21 days for this to be processed
If we do not receive proof of postage we will be unable to send the replacement until we have received the returned order. Upon sending us your proof of postage by email, please supply details of the exchange request ( I.e. change of size or product) in the same email.
