How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What Can I Return?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • ALL items must be in original condition
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
  • All products must be in the original packaging

Non Returnable Items: 

  • Intamates are non returanble, due to hygenic purposes (bodysuits, bralettes, undies, breast concealers/petals). 
  • Bath, beauty, and skincare products are non returanble due to hygenic purposes 
  • Hair accessories are non returnable due to hygenic purposes 
  • All Activewear is final sale 
  • Clearance items, and some sale items may be final sale. Check the product discription to know whether or not your sale item is final sale

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are There Any Charges for My Return?

  • Returns on orders/products over $100 are always free
  • If you're returning/exchanging an item from an order that was under $100, you will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. Refunds typically only take 2-3 business days, but they can take up to 15 business days.
