What is your returns policy?

As a valued client of Henry Bucks, we would like to thank you for your purchase. In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online at

·        FULL PRICE ITEMS: Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund, online gift voucher or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging still intact. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and posted back to you at an additional charge.

·        SALE ITEMS: Sale items purchased online can only be returned for an online gift voucher or exchange. We do not accept change of mind refunds on any sale items purchased online, unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

·       FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGED ITEMS: Should you believe your item to be faulty or damaged, please email our team with your order number, a brief description of the fault and three close up photos at

Are there any charges for returns?

There are no charges for returns other then the cost of return shipping.


How soon will I receive my credit or exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will begin to process the request as soon as possible. Usually this will be actioned within 1 to 2 business days (please allow extra time during busy periods and public holidays).

·       For store credits you will be issued a code via email which can be used for future purchases. Store credits can only be used online and have no expiry date. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your code.


·       For exchanges your replacement item will be posted out within 2 business from receipt of the return unless otherwise arranged. Normal shipping times apply.


In some cases we may be unable to fulfill an exchange request due to stock being unavailable, if this occurs your exchange will be automatically applied as a credit.
