To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the method on how to return the product.
  • Your product must be returned within 7 days of your refund request being approved or item will no longer be returnable. Items returned after the 7 day window after return approval will no longer be accepted.

 

Are there items that cannot be returned? 

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable! Last Call, Final Sale, or sale items under $15 are not returnable.
  • Custom made orders (made to print items) that are made to order (i.e. Jaguar, Redbird, Pulaski, School Apparel, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn

Returns past 30 days may be eligible for 50% refund. Contact Crystal to process.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return for credit. However, if you choose to cancel your order, there will be a 15% ($15 max) restocking fee per order.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
  • If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a return credit code will be sent to you over Facebook Messenger within 2 working days.
  • Per store policy, we cannot apply a credit toward a future purchase or preorder without first receiving the product. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
