HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines, once the return request is approved.

Each La Doyenne garment is handmade to order, for its wearer. We are happy to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 15 days from the date you received your order. Please note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. International customers must include any and all commercial invoices attached to the return label for the items they are returning back to La Doyenne.
Once your return arrives back to our facility, please note that it generally takes approximately 48 hours to process. You will be notified via email once your return is successfully completed. Return items that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Late returns may be accepted at our discretion.
Final Sale items will note "Item is Not Eligible For Return" on the product page, as well as within the checkout window and confirmation email. Items purchased from Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. La Doyenne does not offer store credit at this time. You should see the refund on your bank statement within about 10-14 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note we are only able to refund the original card(s) used to place the order.
If your package was shipped to the US or Canada, all sales taxes and duties will automatically be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through La Doyenne. Contact your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds. Please note that La Doyenne does not refund the cost of outbound shipping.
We prefer all items be returned to us via our own shipping methods. While you may return your items using any secure means, we may not accept liability. Please email email@example.com if you intend to do this, and we will provide you with appropriate shipping information for your return.
La Doyenne does not offer a direct exchange at this time. If you wish to secure another size, simply place a new order and return the original item.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon receipt, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, you may return it for a refund by simply requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of the date of delivery.
If your purchase becomes faulty within 30 days of the purchase date, please contact Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the damage, along with photos if applicable.
If an item you have received is damaged, please contact Customer Care (email@example.com) right away.
If possible, include images of all damage in your inquiry to Customer Care, so we may expedite the mitigation process.
