  • If you are unsatisfied with the iKuddle Smart Litter Box for any reason, we are happy to offer a refund - no questions asked.  Ship it back to us within 30 calendar days of receiving the products to receive a refund.
  • To return the iKuddle Litter Box, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number through filling out the form above.
  • We’re not able to accept returns without an RMA number at this time.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns shipped using freight collect will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Requirements

  • All items returned must be in their original packaging. If any part of the item is missing (ie. adaptor, filter, etc.), we will be unable to process the refund until all parts have been received.
  • Please ensure the litter box is thoroughly cleaned prior to returning it. Returns will not be accepted if the litter tray is not cleaned properly.

iKuddle's Warranty

  • iKuddle’s warranty covers the iKuddle Smart Litter Box and all its accessories against manufacturing defects for 12 months starting from the date the order is received.
  • The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or accidents.

 

General Information

  • The warranty and return policy above only cover direct purchases from our official website (www.ikuddle.com). For pre-orders, the 12-month warranty period will begin from the date the iKuddle is received. For purchases made through other retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their warranty and return policy.
  • If a package appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend refusing to accept the package. However, if you decide to keep the package, we recommend taking note of the damage when signing for it, so that a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
