How do I return/exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
  • You will receive a confirmation email with next steps along with a shipping  label

 

IMPORTANT: When sending back your return/exchange using our label, you may drop off at any USPS collection box or mailroom. However, we don't recommend taking the package to the staff /counter at the US Postal office as they may on rare occasions reject the label (read more below)

The reason the label may be rejected by staff is that all return labels we generate are 8 oz. First Class E-labels; the fact that they are E-labels means that any difference in weight for the package you are returning will be billed back to us directly. However not all USPS staff is aware of this and consequently may reject the package - if it's over 8 oz.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • For exchanges, items can be exchanged for another item for up to 45 days from the purchase date
  • For returns, items can be returned for a full refund to original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. The original shipping cost (if any) would not be refunded
  • All purchases made outside of the United States are final. If you must return or exchange the product, please email us at support@lamourshoes.com. Please keep in mind we are not able to cover any costs with international returns and exchanges
  • We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from here. If you made your purchase from another retailer,  please contact them directly

 

 

What items are eligible for return/exchange?

  • All items besides final sale and sample items are eligible for return/exchange
  • Shoe(s) must be new, unworn and in original packaging. Please refrain from shipping the shoes directly with the shoe box

 

Are there any charges for return/exchange?

  • We understand finding the shoe in the right size can be challenging, so we offer our customers a free exchange (per order). 
  • For returns for a refund, unless the product is defective or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. You will be provided a shipping label, but note that $6 (per shoe) and $3 (per sock) will be deducted from the refund amount. You may also ship the shoes back using your own preferred shipping service.
  • Note: if you return for store credit, then the return label would be on us. 

 

How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

  • For exchanges, we ship them out within 1-2 business days of receiving your request unless the item is out of stock
  • For returns, once your return is received and approved, you will receive an email notification on the refund. A credit will be applied to your original payment within 10 business days
