How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your return request is approved


What items are returnable?

You can request to return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • All items (except pierced earrings) are returnable
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and resellable
  • All items should be returned inside the original packaging
  • Gift packaging is non-refundable

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!


Extended Christmas returns

 We have extended our Christmas returns window as per below

  • All items sold between 7th, November and 24th,December
  • Can be returned for exchange or a credit note (not a refund) before 6th,January.
  • A refund is only granted for returns requested within 14 days of receipt.


Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for domestic returns. You can return your items using Yodel (Collect +) labels provided
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if you returned items that are out of returns or warranty period. 
  • International returns are not covered. 


  • How soon will I get my refund?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Only items returned within 14 days from acceptance of your returns request will receive a refund.
  • If your returned items are approved after inspection, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 3-5 working days to show up on your statement.
