To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

We want your experience with us as painless as possible and if you have problems with your order, we want to get it taken care of.  We offer refunds, or credits towards a new item.


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines  IF THE RETURN IS CONFIRMED.


What items are returnable?

Not all of our items are returnable.  Some of our items are NON-RETURNABLE as they are printed to order.

  • If your return is accepted the item must be in original re-sellable condition
  • Buyers remorse does not qualify a return.
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn.  Certain clothing items are NON-RETURNABLE- as they are printed to order
  • In the original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
  • All custom wallpaper murals, decals are non-returnable unless a mistake on our part has been made or there is damage to your item.

With all this said, we want a happy customer and will do everything in our power to keep you happy and coming back.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Due to the nature of the items we sell, some items have a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. 
  • No restocking fees are charged for errors we made.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days of receipt and approval.  Usually this is the same day as the return is approved.
