We want you to be comfortable with placing an order with Let's Print Big and offer a 60 day return policy.

We want your experience with us as painless as possible and if you have problems with your order, we want to get it taken care of.  We offer refunds, exchanges and credit towards a new item minus your original shipping.


How do I return?

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines  IF THE RETURN IS CONFIRMED.


What items are returnable?

Not all of our items are returnable.  Some of our items are NON-RETURNABLE as they are printed to order.

  • If your return is accepted the item must be in original re-sellable condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn.  Certain clothing items are NON-RETURNABLE- as they are printed to order
  • In the original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
  • All custom wallpaper murals, decals are non-returnable unless a mistake on our part has been made or there is damage to your item.  These are items we made especially for you that chances are very slim we can re-sell it.

With all this said, we want a happy customer and will do everything in our power to keep you happy and coming back.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Due to the nature of the items we sell, some items have a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. 
  • No restocking fees are charged for errors we made.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How soon will I get my credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your credit will be sent as a discount code you can use towards purchase of another item or your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.  Usually this is within 2-3 days of when the return is approved.
  • We do our best to issue these as quickly as possible.  Please be patient and if you have not received a response within 3 business days of your approval, contact us again to make sure we haven't missed you as we get tons of phone calls and emails.  We do our best to keep up with this but during certain times of the year it can become more difficult.
