The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.


To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Unwashed, unworn and not altered in any way
  • In the original packaging with all tags in place 
  • Please take care when trying on the items - if they are soiled or marked they will not be accepted
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

For exchanges via store credit:

1. We will contact you with further instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring that the item/s reach us safely. For this reason, please consider using a tracked service. 

2. Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The credit amount will be the amount paid minus any shipping costs (shipping costs are non-refundable). An e-gift card will be sent to the email address that is provided. 

3. The e-gift card can then be used to purchase the item that you require (change of size, colour, etc).

 

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will only be permitted for major faults (we do 2 thorough quality check to avoid this). For all other reasons, items are only eligible for exchange via store credit. This portal is for exchanges only. To receive a refund for a faulty item please see Customer Care.
