What Items Are Returnable?
- You must return your item back to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

They must be in their original dust bag packaging.
- No signs of wash/wear.
- No stains/hairs/odours.

- We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
Shipping Charges?
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- We suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item and obtain proof of postage.
- We will cover the shipping charges for the exchanged item.

Return Request Submitted, What Next?
- If your return request is 'Accepted', you will receive further instructions via email explaining how to return the item.
- If your return request is 'Rejected' your request has failed to meet our T's & C's and unfortunately we cannot offer a return/exchange for the item.

Can I Exchange for a Different Item?
- Yes, Once we have received/inspected the item, store credit totaling the same value of the item will be sent to the registered email address of the customer.

Item Requested for Exchange is Out Of Stock?
- Once we have received/inspected the item, you will receive an email with your refund confirmation, minus any original shipping fees (allow up to 10 working days for the refund to process).

I have Returned an Item for Exchange, What Next?
- Once we have received/inspected the item, you will receive a confirmation email. A further email will be sent when the new requested item has been dispatched. (allow up to 5 working days to process).

I have Returned an Item for Refund, What Next?
- Once we have received/inspected the item, you will receive an email with your refund confirmation, minus any original shipping fees (allow up to 10 working days for the refund to process).
