To start the return process for your order, simply enter your email address and order number below. Click start and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Returns T's & C's
- You must return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their perfect original sale condition, unworn, in the clear dust bag. (please fold items carefully upon returning to prevent any defects)

For hygiene purposes, no refunds will be given for items that have aftershave, makeup, body odours, cigarette smoke or pet hairs on.
Footwear must be tested and tried on indoors. We will not refund any footwear that has been worn outdoors.
- We reserve the right to return your order back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (we advise using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item and obtain proof of postage).

Return Request Submitted, What Next?
- If your return request is 'Accepted', you will receive return shipping instructions via email (check spam/junk folder).
- If your return request is 'Rejected', your request has failed to meet our returns T's & C's and unfortunately we cannot offer a return for the item.

I have Returned my Order for a Refund, What Next?
- Our returns department will inspect the item(s) and if it meets with our returns T's & C's, we will proceed with your refund (allow 5-10 working days to process back to the original payment method).

Can I Exchange my Order?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges due to the huge rise in shippping costs. Alternatively, you can return your order above and re-order via our wesbite.
