Return and Exchange Policy
Please return your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. Items can be returned only if they are unworn and with original tags attached and packaging intact. Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size and/or colour. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Are there any charges for return?
- Martine Rose offers free returns.
- Please use the pre-paid DHL return label provided with your order
- Take your return to the nearest DHL drop-off point or book in the collection on mydhl.express.dhl
When will I receive refund or exchange?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, then your refund will be applied to the original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
- Exchanges are dispatched as per usual delivery timeframes.
- Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
