To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition and tags attached.
  • For clothing, unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free condition.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
  • All sale, intimates/swim, jewelry, and accessories are not returnable!

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, shipping charges will be deducted from your merchandise credit
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Returns not in compliance with our policy will be refused or charged a 25% restocking fee

How soon will I get my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you a store credit code of the returned amount. This code will never expire, and can be used online and in-store.
