How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

Returning Faulty Electricals

For quality control, the following brands require you to contact them directly for faulty claims:

  • Cloud Nine - For all warranty claims, please call Cloud Nine directly on 1300 437 436.
  • ghd - For all warranty claims, please call ghd directly on 1300 443 424.
  • Glampalm - For all warranty claims, please call GlamPalm directly on 1300 652 797.
  • Muk - For all warranty claims, please call Muk directly on 1300 768 264

Change of Mind Returns

You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Products must be unused.
  • They must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging

 

Please note:
- Refunds will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
- Credit Notes will not incur any re-stocking fees.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
